Regular use of your evaporative cooling system causes dirt, dust and allergens to build up inside your unit and filter pads. It is important to replace the filter pads and get your unit regularly serviced. This ensures that your air conditioner performs at its peak efficiency, keeps your air clean and your household healthy – and it will save you money in the long run.

Residential Property Service Pricing
We offer evaporative air conditioner service pricing options for all budgets and a breakdown of what is included in these services are listed below.
Our technicians are now available throughout the whole Perth metro area, including Subiaco, Cottesloe, Morley, Bayswater, Karrinyup, Ellenbrook and Aveley. We even go as far as Quinns Rocks, but if you are unsure about whether you fall into this region, please call us and we can let you know straight away.
The call-out fee is $110 and the servicing of your air conditioner is extra to this. If your air conditioner is unserviceable and broken, this is the price that we will charge. If we have quoted on parts and we get the job, we will service this on our return. But if you choose to repair this elsewhere, we are not obligated to return to service your evaporative air conditioner. The minimum amount paid on the day is $110.

Please note: The below servicing options and pricing is at our discretion and subject to availability during peak periods. During peak summer periods, weekend assessments and the below servicing options may incur a higher fee, but this will be discussed and agreed to before we attend your property.
Important note about air conditioners still under warranty – We do not service evaporative coolers under 5 years old or evaporative coolers that are still under warranty. You will void all warranties so please refer to manufacturers service guidelines that were provided when your cooling unit was installed. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions.
** As air travels inside the ducting from the evaporative cooling unit to the outlet in each room, sometimes they fall apart and no air comes out like it used to.
Please note: For repairs to loose ducting, it is now mandatory law that power to the house is isolated before a technician can enter your roof.
